ULN2805A 概要

Delivering high-voltage and high-current capabilities, the ULN2805A is an octal high-voltage, high-current Darlington transistor array that is ideal for interfacing between low-level logic and high-current loads. Its maximum output voltage of 50V and continuous output current of 500 mA per channel make it suitable for driving a variety of loads, including relays, solenoids, motors, and lamps. The device's input stage is equipped with a Schmitt trigger for noise immunity and high-speed operation, and its common emitter configuration allows for seamless interfacing with microcontrollers and other low-level logic devices. The high current gain of about 1000 in the Darlington transistors provides a high current drive capability with minimal external components required. Each channel in the ULN2805A is independent, enabling individual control of multiple loads, and the outputs are protected against flyback voltage spikes with internal clamp diodes, enhancing the reliability and longevity of the device.
