PCA9615DPZ 概要

The PCA9615DPZ is a dual bidirectional I2C-bus and SMBus buffer that enables two buses for communication between I2C or SMBus devices with different voltage levels. It provides an ultra-low power consumption buffer that isolates the capacitance of the I2C-bus/SMBus so that large systems can be interconnected with minimal impact on the system performance.This buffer operates from 0 to 400 kHz and can drive the I2C-bus/SMBus through long cables. It features a VREF voltage input that sets the output voltage levels used which can be either 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.3 V, or 5.0 V. The device also includes a pass-through mode that allows devices to maintain communication in case of power loss.The PCA9615DPZ has a low dropout voltage and can withstand a bus fault of -10 V to 10 V, making it a robust solution for industrial and automotive applications. It comes in a lead-free, 8-pin TSSOP package with excellent thermal performance.
