The LM74202QPWPRQ1 is a 40-V, 2.2-A Integrated Ideal Diode with Overvoltage and Overcurrent Protection. It is AEC-Q100 qualified for automotive applications, with a temperature grade of -40°C to +125°C. The device features integrated reverse input polarity protection, back-to-back MOSFETs with 150 mΩ total RON, adjustable current limit, load protection during ISO7637 and ISO16750-2 testing, and various programmable protection features such as overcurrent, inrush current control, overvoltage, and undervoltage thresholds. It also offers low quiescent current, adjustable UVLO, OVP cut off, inrush current control, and selectable current-limiting fault response options.
