HMC441 概要

The HMC441 is a high-performance GaAs PHEMT MMIC Medium Power Amplifier designed to operate efficiently between 6 and 18 GHz. With 15.5 dB of gain, +22 dBm of saturated power, and 23% PAE from a +5V supply voltage, this amplifier delivers reliable and consistent performance across various applications. What sets the HMC441 apart is its optional gate bias, which enables users to adjust gain, RF output power, and DC power dissipation according to specific requirements. Additionally, the amplifier's small size makes it easy to integrate into Multi-Chip-Modules (MCMs), while the backside of the die serving as both RF and DC ground simplifies the assembly process and reduces performance variation. Not to mention, all data is thoroughly tested with the chip in a 50 Ohm test fixture connected via 0.025mm (1 mil) diameter wire bonds of minimal length 0.31mm (12 mils).
