HI4P0546-5Z 概要

Introducing the HI4P0546-5Z, a series of analog multiplexers consisting of the HI-546, HI-547, HI-548, and HI-549. These multiplexers are equipped with active overvoltage protection and guaranteed rON matching to ensure reliable and consistent performance. Notably, they can withstand analog input levels that greatly exceed power supply levels without any adverse impact on the device or signal path of other channels. This feature makes them highly suitable for use in systems where analog inputs originate from external equipment or separately powered circuitry. The multiplexers also incorporate active protection circuitry, which maintains signal fidelity even under fault conditions that would normally damage other similar devices. With the ability to endure constant 70VPP levels with ±15V supplies and sustain continuous faults up to 4V greater than either supply, these multiplexers offer exceptional protection for signal sources. Moreover, they are fabricated using 44V Dielectrically Isolated CMOS technology, further enhancing their resilience and reliability. The HI-546 is a single 16-Channel device, the HI-547 is an 8-Channel differential device, the HI-548 is a single 8-Channel device, and the HI-549 is a 4-Channel differential device. For those not requiring input overvoltage protection, the HI-506, HI-507, HI-508, HI-509 multiplexers are recommended.
