DTA043ZEBTL 概要

Enhance your electronic projects with the DTA043ZEBTL digital transistor, featuring a single PNP polarity for simplified circuit design. With a collector-emitter voltage of -50V and a continuous collector current of -100mA, this transistor is a versatile component. It includes a 4.7kohm base input resistor and a 47kohm base-emitter resistor, with a resistor ratio of 0.1. Housed in a SOT-416FL RF transistor case with 3 pins, this product belongs to the DTA043Z Series. Although not automotive qualified, it has an MSL rating of MSL 1 - Unlimited and is free from SVHC

特徴

1) Built-in bias resistors enable the configuration of an inverter circuit without connecting external input resistors. (See Equivalent circuit)
2) The bias resistors consist of thin-film resistors with complete isolation to allow positive biasing of the input. They also have the advantage of almost completely eliminating parasitic effects.
3) Only the on/off conditions need to be set for operation, making the device design easy.
