TPS60501DGSR 概要

The TPS60501DGSR is a switched capacitor voltage converter designed for space-critical battery-powered applications. It can generate a regulated, fixed 3.3-V, 1.8-V, 1.5-V, or adjustable output voltage with high efficiency over a wide input voltage range. The converter automatically selects between three different conversion modes to achieve this efficiency. With only four small ceramic capacitors required, the TPS60501DGSR is a complete high-efficiency DC–DC charge pump converter. It also features a power good function that supervises the output voltage and goes high when the output voltage reaches 97% of the nominal value. The device is capable of delivering a maximum output current of 250mA and comes in a micro-small 10-pin VSSOP package
