TLE4205 概要

The TLE4205 is a quad low-side driver integrated circuit (IC) designed for automotive applications. It is specifically intended for use in controlling resistive, capacitive and inductive loads such as bulbs, motors, and relays in automotive body and comfort applications.The TLE4205 features four low-side driver outputs capable of controlling loads up to 350 mA per channel, with a maximum total output current of 1.4 A. Each driver channel is capable of driving loads with voltages up to 40 V.
