STGAP2SCMTR 概要

The STGAP2SCMTR gate driver is a state-of-the-art solution for industrial applications requiring high power and precision control. With a 4A capability and rail-to-rail outputs, this device offers superior performance in power conversion and motor driver inverters. Its galvanic isolation ensures safe operation between the gate driving channel and low voltage control and interface circuitry. The gate driver stands out for its versatility, allowing for independent optimization of turn-on and turn-off using dedicated gate resistors, as well as featuring a Miller CLAMP function to prevent gate spikes during fast commutations in half-bridge topologies. Additionally, UVLO and thermal shutdown protection functions enhance system reliability, while dual input pins provide signal polarity control and HW interlocking protection to prevent cross-conduction in case of controller malfunction. With a low input to output propagation delay of less than 75 ns, this gate driver delivers excellent PWM control accuracy. The standby mode further reduces power consumption during idle periods, making it an efficient and cost-effective choice for demanding industrial applications
