STEF033PUR 概要

The STEF033PUR is a highly efficient integrated electronic fuse designed to protect electronic circuitry from overcurrent and overvoltage issues. With its ability to monitor output current and input voltage, the device ensures the stability and safety of the system. In the event of an overload, the STEF033 limits the output current to a safe value and can disconnect the load from the power supply if necessary. Its controlled delay and turn-on time further enhance its protective capabilities. Additionally, the voltage clamping circuit prevents the output voltage from exceeding a fixed value, adding an extra layer of security to the system. The device is also equipped with thermal protection, which is signaled to the board-monitoring circuits through the Fault pin. Unlike traditional mechanical fuses, the STEF033 does not degrade following intervention and can be easily reset using the Enable pin or by recycling the supply voltage. For added convenience, an auto-retry version is available, allowing the device to automatically re-apply power to the load when the die temperature returns to a safe value. With its comprehensive features and reliable performance, the STEF033PUR is an essential component for ensuring the safety and stability of electronic systems
