SCM1245MF 概要
SCM1245MF is a high-performance, dual-channel, synchronous rectified buck DC/DC converter with integrated power switches. It operates over an input voltage range of 4.5V to 28V and can deliver a maximum output current of 6A per channel. The device is designed for a wide range of applications including point-of-load regulation, telecom, networking, and industrial power supplies.The converter features a fixed switching frequency of 500kHz which helps in minimizing the external component count and reducing the overall bill of materials. It also includes programmable soft-start, cycle-by-cycle overcurrent protection, input undervoltage lockout, and thermal shutdown protection.In addition, SCM1245MF offers excellent dynamic response and high efficiency across a wide load range. It also has a power-good indicator for each channel to simplify system monitoring and fault detection. The device is housed in a compact QFN package with a thermal pad for improved thermal performance.
