MD1810K6-G 概要

Designed specifically for medical ultrasound imaging applications, the MD1810K6-G is a high-speed quad MOSFET driver capable of driving high voltage P- and N-channel MOSFETs. In addition to ultrasound imaging, this versatile driver can be used for applications such as ultrasound metal flaw detection, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), piezoelectric transducer drive, clock drive, and PIN diode drive. The MD1810 features four inputs that control four outputs independently, as well as an output enable pin for added flexibility. By setting the threshold logic transition at half the amplitude of the logic input signal, the MD1810 ensures consistent propagation delay matching regardless of input amplitude. The output stage offers separate power connections, enabling independent selection of output signal levels. With peak currents of up to ±2.0A depending on supply voltages and load capacitance, the MD1810K6-G is a reliable choice for demanding ultrasound imaging and other applications
