LMD18200T/NOPB 概要

The LMD18200T/NOPB is a high current, high voltage H-Bridge motor driver integrated circuit (IC) manufactured by Texas Instruments. It is capable of delivering up to 3A of continuous output current and can withstand voltages up to 55V, making it suitable for driving various types of DC motors, stepper motors, and other inductive loads.The LMD18200T/NOPB features a low RDS(on) of 0.36 ohms, which helps to minimize power dissipation and improve efficiency. It also has built-in thermal shutdown and current limiting protection to prevent damage to the device in case of overcurrent or overtemperature conditions.This IC has a voltage-controlled current limiting function that allows the user to set the maximum current output through an external resistor.
