L6562AD 概要
The L6562AD is a current-mode PFC controller that operates in Transition Mode (TM) and offers improved performance compared to its predecessors. With the same pin-out as the L6561 and L6562, this controller features a highly linear multiplier with a special circuit that reduces AC input current distortion, allowing for wide-range-mains operation with extremely low THD even over a large load range. The output voltage is controlled by a voltage-mode error amplifier and an accurate internal voltage reference. Additionally, the device has low power consumption (60µA max. before start-up and <5 mA operating) and includes a disable function for remote ON/OFF control, making it easy to comply with energy-saving requirements
