FAN7392MX 概要
Engineered by ON Semiconductor, the FAN7392MX is a remarkable monolithic high- and low-side gate drive IC that caters to the needs of high-speed MOSFETs and IGBTs operating at voltages up to +600V. This IC features a buffered output stage with all NMOS transistors, delivering high pulse current driving capability while simultaneously minimizing cross-conduction. The utilization of ON Semiconductor’s high-voltage process and common-mode noise canceling techniques ensures stable operation of the high-side driver under high dv/dt noise circumstances. The FAN7392MX includes an advanced level-shift circuit for high-side gate driver operation up to VS=-9.8V (typical) for VBS=15V. Moreover, its logic inputs are compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL output, even down to 3.3V logic levels. The UVLO circuit integrated in this device effectively prevents malfunction when VCC and VBS drop below the specified threshold voltage. With its high-current and low-output voltage drop feature, the FAN7392MX is the perfect choice for half- and full-bridge inverters, switching-mode power supply, and high-power DC-DC converter applications
